Prices and Currency:

All prices referred to are in Australian Dollars and include GST (Government Goods & Services Tax). Conversions from overseas currencies provide you with attractive exchange rates.

Booking Conditions:

Unless we have advised otherwise at time of confirmation of booking, the following conditions apply.

Deposit and final payment:

A non-refundable minimum of 10% deposit or $100.00 per person is required on all tours to confirm the booking. The balances remaining are payable 6 weeks prior to departure. (Note: some airlines reservations may require earlier payment to meet ticketing deadlines.)

Cancellation Fees:

No one likes cancellations and they are usually caused by unexpected circumstances. We recognize this and try to be as fair as possible. If you do not use any travel items, for whatever reason, it is likely a cancellation fee will apply against any refund that may be due you. Once bookings have been finalised changes may not be possible and/or will incur change fee of at least $30 per occasion. $100.00 per person up to 42 days prior to departure; 25% of tour cost between 20 and 41 days prior to departure; 50% of tour cost between 19 and 7 days prior to departure; 100% within 6 days or once tour has commenced. Travel insurance purchased in your country of origin is highly recommended, however depending on the circumstances, please be aware that travel insurance, may or may not cover some or all of such costs.

Payment Methods:

Payment may be made either by credit card or direct deposit or wire (telegraphic) transfer. Wire transfer - you will need to instruct your bank to make your payment in Australian dollars to World Heritage Tours & Travel. Our bank account details will be provided on request.
You can supply your credit card details through our secure form or separately by fax or email. Our fax number is +61 9 9380 6377. This website is secures using a SSL Certificate, ensuring that all information you send to us via the web will be encrypted.
What does this mean? It means that your credit card details cannot be intercepted when you submit the form and that authorised World Heritage Tours staff will be the only people who can view them. Please be sure you have read and accept our terms & conditions prior to sending your payment.
